Never been so disappointed about a kit reveal, I hope I am surprised.
well my money will stay firmly in my pocket
Ok can we now go back to the Gypos comments treating you all like morons?
By the way I'm not sure which kit sucks the most but dang if I ain't gonna research the shit out of this and make my choice.
From a purely fashion point of view the fact you really have to search out that hint of peach makes the design both dangerous and very on trend.
It's like a little extra surprise once you've handed over your cash.
The white kit screams at me "IM PURE AND VIRGINAL BUT AT THE CENTRE OF MY SOUL IS A BOLDNESS THAT MEANS I CAN KICK A BALL WITH MUCH VELOCITY"
When I was in Paris for fashion week this year I must say all the big names were using bold stripes on white bases.
This kit wouldn't look out of place at the MET gala.
Just looking at them live now....blue is the least bad. RIP gold.
I honestly don't know what's worse,
-the kit colours and shorts combos across the board,
-the pink gypo copy cat goalkeeper kit - why move away from green, there is literally no clashes with the green gk kit and it at least had some reference to the Hunter,
- the socks and shorts combo with the gold kit, just .... No ... Viva clearly haven't heard of using some contrast FFS,
- the pathetic photoshop effort, do our players hate each other so much they can't stand around for a photo shoot together, not to mention we have some beautiful landscapes in Newy use one as a back drop and do a press event and show it off a few days before the game plug the game as well, drag it out and generate some free news copy for the local media at the same time, what genius decided it was best to reveal it a few hours before a trial game via social media... pathetic,
- the white strip, why? We don't need three kits in a ten team league where every man and his dog is a shade of blue or red,
- if viva isn't just a phoenix company of blk I'll be surprised, at the very least they have to have hired the old blk designer, but than multiple companies, multiple shit kit designs, the only constant is this abortion of a club
But I guess worst of all is the complete lack of incorporating any feedback from previous designs, it's still this jumbled mess of a kit with no jets identity apart from the crest, so much for all the club's bs about incorporating a simple traditional kit design.
viva is John Kosmina's company.
edit - kosmina is the national sales director. They are an Adelaide based company and have been around for a while, doing kits for the ABL and others.

The worst part for me is that they left the NRL posts up in the background.
