True - but the attractive attacking football the team is playing now is a massive incentive for players to stay and also for us to get new players in.

If players are only concerned with money and don't mind playing shit football in front of half a dozen fans they can sign with SFC.

Of course players are only concerned with money. No one cares about playing attractive football.

    Jackson

Think we can strengthen in this area and get some better value for these lower paid players
I could see us moving on Alessi, Clut, Shabow & Jackson. Alessi hasn't been used, unfortunately Clut and Shabow are in positions that we are overstocked in and Jackson hasn't progressed enough.

Kosta is worth keeping around as leverage to keep dimi around for longer, Brown is difficult due to still having a year on his contract but if he can be offloaded he should be and cowburn offers good utility across the backline and midfield so he's worth keeping around

Even though Boogs has actually had a decent season overall, I would say he should be moved on as well and replaced by a younger kid such as ruon tongyik who's off contract at seasons end. Try and sign kanta and hoff as outside the cap players, along with re-signing Vargas as marquee, and if possible get Mcgree on loan for next season as well to offer midfield coverage

I'd say Clut is done. Friday night was his chance to show why he should stay here and he didn't perform. He wasn't thrown into a difficult match either, we had the run of the first half so he could have offered a lot more than he did.

he wasn't bad but he wasn't good enough considering the quality within this team in the attacking third

I remember one shot from just outside the box with little pressure and he hit the thing with no conviction at all. Few other passes went astray too but essentially I don’t remember him doing anything that stood out either. That was his big chance.

That’s him, I was impressed. Looked good one on one, decent delivery into the box. We are pretty good for options in his position but quality depth can only be a good thing right?

With a fully healthy team, and assuming we re-sign certain off contract players we'll have a front four of Roy, Dimi, Pato & Vargas. Behind them will be nabbout, champness and probably hoff. behind them will be shabow and kosta, and possibly a youth player getting a senior contract as well. At that point, I don't really know if we'd need another attacking based football in the team, maybe a back-up striker at best but i'm not even sure that's a necessity.

Front third is completely sorted, we should focus on improving the backline first and foremost, then looking at the midfields.

Agree, we need a backup for Roy: it could be a young player, but it has to be a proper striker. Nabb and Hoff are doing a great job, but they're out of position and it shows.

Yeh you're right. Scoring in every game this season is not acceptable. Need our typical retards back.

The Member is right. Whilst we are still scoring and Nabbout and Hoff are doing a good job, we have failed to convert a significant number of chances that an out and out 9 like O'Donovn would have buried. Some of these wins could have been by far more and been far more comfortable. Seriously, if he were fit he would be leading the A League golden boot stats and no one woukd be prattling about McCormack

    Let's call a spade a spade

    Ronny don't get injured
    Roy don't get injured

I severely doubt Sydney are 6 points ahead of us

    Maybe 6 points behind us

What is Kosta’s natural position? I was always of the belief he was a striker
