Fair to say that we are pretty much at full strength now. This will be the real test of how far we have come under Carl Robinson. We need to win this one.
Excellent goal from McDonald. Although we gifted them the posession and failed to mark up
Houlihan does some remarkable things but his effort is poor at times and he does not hold the ball well.
I think Carl's about to get his first loss. Brisbane are well and truly controlling the game now.
Our passing is to piss poor to even attemp playing this way.
We need to be direct.
seeing the Jets suck is actually making me feel better
finally, something familiar and reassuring in these awful times
Houlihan needs to be hooked. His effort level is piss poor in attack and invisible in defence.
Wes and Dimi are too deep and Roy is isolated up front and not looking like scoring
We need to change the formation.
I'd bring on Arroyo for Houlihan.
Get two up front and start playing direct.
Roar will kill us if we keep trying this slow build up passing shit.
Typical Slater sees that ball off O'Donavan as 'the arm'.
Could only watch bits and pieces but it all looked a bit slow and hard going. Brisbane weren't the better side by much, other than shots on target and obviously shots that actually went in. If you don't get them on target, you aren't going to score many goals. Oh well. Still winning where it counts I suppose.
Win next weekend and our season aims will be achieved
Victory against the Gypos will see them 11 points behind us with 3 games to go
Nothing else matters
seemed to lack ideas on how to break the roar structure down. passing was poor. perhaps their minds were elsewhere.
is there a revised draw somewhere? heard on the broadcast that we are playing again on Monday night.
