He then said, words to the effect that you have been warned and it's up to police discretion whether or not you get charged.
It's all policy on the run and pretty much anything you do now is a roll of the dice whether you get fined or not.
Fishing is no different in that it's not an essential service which means that you will most likely risk being fined or sent home if police decide to go with that option.
THe laws on all this are so vague nobody really knows what's going on - because senior ministers have come out and said fishing taking into account social distancing laws is permitted.
It's ridiculous.
