That's a different story. Give the A-league guys a pre season to adjust to winter in Europe and they would put on a better product.

Sone Aluko has just been released by Hull. He would be great playing in behind Morten

The heat wasn't an issue in Brazil

Port Alegre Curitiba were cold. I mean Jacket beanie type of weather.

The likes of Sao Paulo and Rio although warm during the day we are only talking early 30s and they had mostly evening games.

As for the games up north the heat was nothing like people make out

Hell I remember the disastrous 2007 Asian Cup campaign.
One of the big excuses for the golden generations failure was the heat and humidity in Thailand

Well I been here for the last week and it similar time of year to when it was playef. Yeah it short and t shirt weather and it 30C+ every day.
But to say you can't play football in this climate at this time of year here is complete horse shit.

Nothing professional athletes can't handle coupled with sports science with fluid intake electrolytes etc and all that shit.

I've genuinely rated Reddy in the top few keepers of the league for the past few seasons. He would be a great signing for us IMO.

There isn't a lot of quality in the market for local (by that I mean Asutralian) keepers at the moment.

I know Cisak has been mentioned as an option, but would he come home? Nathan Coe hasn't played since leaving Victory. Reddy has at least been playing at the level of the A-League.

For the right price, it would give some experience. However his transgressions have been well reported and we need to be convinced this won't impact the dressing room in an negative way.

Yep - had previous with Nick Theo - when he became coach he left by mutual agreement.

Sucks to him that Nick T was sacked pretty quickly.

Probably had something to do with how successful he was in the NSL.

Fairly sure he works as a travel agent now.

Parramatta Power finished top 3 in NSL under his management with a for and against record jets fans can only dream of. he also was successful at Woolongong where they either won the NSL or came in 2nd.

In other words his record was far better than that of the other clowns we have given the job to.
