I understand you want to give Jones a chance to improve the team and that's great, but don't start saying he has a good judge of character before he has actually done anything to prove you right. Once he started making choices on the playing squad you can back your argument up with facts. Stay the course big bird but don't get ahead of yourself.
I honestly thought we were a better team when clut + nordstrand were playing together at the start of the season, both our wingers were scoring and didn't seem as isolated as they do now.
