We didn’t even play our best EPL 2 20 whatever’s team.
And I think 2-3 were flying out after the game.
If I recall correctly it was perhaps a bit of an eff you to the EFL for not rescheduling the fixtures.
As a fan, I have zero problem with what’s happened. I don’t think anybody has a problem with it apart from those that probs saw Liverpool as underdogs and thought it was a typo and expected to cash in.

from the little snippets I saw of that game it's hard to see if Monterrey pushed all the way or Liverpool didn't really put in effort until it was necessary
