Looks like a jets style appointment.... I'm sure he'll be happy to Bridgey on his bench and that's all that matters.

As a Wolves fan, I won't be happy with a Bluenose affiliated cvnt.

The Jets can't possibly cater to every fan's whim though, so I'll stop short of reneging on the membership.

As has been stated, hardly a coaching resume to be proud of

Yeah I reckon stubbins deserves a shot but I think both he and Clark are much the same in terms of how excited I am by their rumoured acquisition. Read many good things about Clark as well as a few very negative reports whereas, while stubbins knows the Aussie seen very well, he has been in lower Asian leagues for a few years now and also spruiks a similar philosophy to gve, which I don't think sits well with current squad and current fan base.

I personally never had an issue with the GVE philosophy. It was the implementation or lack thereof which screwed us as a team IMHO

He wasn't too successful with Adelaide City in the old NSL. If all those in the article are the only ones the Jets can attract then it may as well be Zane.

I personally prefer quick flowing transition with counter attacks built from a solid defence. I like the idea of possession based football but not when it involves slow transitioning

Tbh, and I might be alone here, but I prefer the kind where we win football matches.

I love the GvE philosophy... it's just that the stuff he preaches as gospel never remotely represents what he had teams doing on the pitch.

In other daily news, da mighty RBB have thrown their toys out of the pram again.

This time they have taken exception to a newspaper article saying that they had met with Suncorp stadium. They claim they haven't.

FFS for bauchi of wannabe ultras they sure do whinge and bitch like a bunch of teenagers being asked to clean their room.
