Pretty good that a goal from the South Austrailan State League has won the top prize.
Amazing there were cameras present to capture the moment.

I did when watching the game on Saturday when Ibini razzed Tarek so much that he just straight up fell over himself. All I could think of was "plague and Grim won't be on their high horse about THAT, but will be when his goal wins some award at the end of the year"
    OK

    Bit harsh on him Plague.

First 20 mins he played like he still played for the Jets

If he hadn't of got his shit together you were gonna be getting numerous posts about him being a State League player from me

Bloke who did impress me the other night though was Boogaard.

****ing hopeless for most of the game and from that performance will fit right in at the Jets.

How good was his defending for the 3rd Smurfs goal??

Like he had learned the Jets playbook already

Thought there were a few better goals than Elrich's.

Milosevic or whatever his name is, the Sydney midfielders' goal against roar when Jankl score from 40 yards out was a pretty good hit.

Alivodic against WSW is the only one I can think of.

Even that would require Video analysis to confirm

He went around Covic and then took his time before placing the shot. Whether he wandered into the box by then is another matter

They're as rare as a Virgilli goal, as unsighted as a Stubbins tactical substitution, as ùncommon as the truth from the Jets. ....
