Toro Rosso has started 238 F1 races (most of them with 2 cars) so out of over 400 chances to win a race it has happened just once.

so yeah, hes seen some garbage.
I will say though that Phil Jagielka is currently only one win behind Vettel all time for Toro Rosso so maybe after he loses his gig at Everton he can pick up Brendan Hartleys seat for next year. Couldnt do much worse.
