    Brisbane are ****ed atm.

This is a game we have the potential to win by 3 or 4 nil. However ill back a 2-1 win. They do have a good record in newcastle and have won a few away games this season.

Will be looking to see us get back on the front foot and outplay Brisbane after a poor showing last night.
Interested to see how the team's play around the new winger develops with a few more sessions together.

I was OK to lose the Sydney game as long as we got the 6pts at home last night and Friday night. We need to keep that gap behind us. Doubt we’ll catch Sydney but now we need to start thinking about securing 2nd spot. City are away to CCM so I’m not expecting them to do us any favors. There’s no reason we shouldn’t go out from KO and try to put the game to bed by halftime. Brisbane have been all over the place this season and looked woeful in the last few matches I’ve watched.

    No we don't

We need to get the win

    That is what matters most

3 points and move on 1 more game close to locking down top 2 permanently

I'm hoping the short turn around will benefit the Jets. The weather has been cooler, they'll have been taking it lightly at training. If they aren't fit or knwo the game plan now, they shouldn't be around the team.

Roar, despite having an extra day off, spent one of them travelling down here and likely just had a quiet run yetsreday arvo. Plus they have a number of players returning.

Focus on our own game and confident in our quality but be respectful of their quality too.

I think where we can get them is they are an old side

All HAL sides struggle with 3-4 day turnaround
We just ain't used to it

Being as old as they are we should run over them second half

I not expecting a vintage performance from us
I think we will struggle to go well but I believe in Bert that we will get the 3 points tonight
