We need Con back to sell Newcastle for its lifestyle. Comparable housing on beachside property for a fraction of the price you would get anywhere (except in a caravan park down in gypoville). Saving money on housing and getting a lower salary than elsewhere should be an easy sell for the right negotiator when you talk about disposable income at the end of the day.
