The London rival shave a rich history in the competition, meeting in the final in 2008, when Spurs prevailed 2-1 in extra-time.
League leader Chelsea goes into this year’s final as the favourite to claim a fifth League Cup triumph, but will be wary of a Spurs side led by in-form frontman Harry Kane, who inspired his team to a famous 5-3 victory over Chelsea in January.
