Muscat has never built an organisation from the ground up. Ranieri has done so on several occasions.
Ranieri would also be able to attract players for less money than Muscat as well because he provides non-monetary advantages to players and staff that Muscat cannot.

I know .... replacing Jones with someone else could also lead to similar advantages at the Jets. But the Jets work on the principle of short term solutions with long term excuses.
