Pretty Little Ditty I think its called. I didn't know either until a couple of years ago when I got fairly into RHCP through Pandora radio, I don't think its one of their more well known songs, its an instrumental. The name suits it though, it really is very nice to listen to, basically just Flea and Frusciante jamming out over a couple of ideas.
