Top 6 should be a 1 yr extension IMO. Its an achievement but only the minimum. A 1 year extension gives him 2 yrs left on the contract and the certainty to keep building, if thats what happens Making the GF should be a considerable acheivement and worth a 2-3 year extension imo.Originally Posted by The Dunster
My point is, Jones has done nothing yet and there shouldn't be any talk of an extension until he actually achieves something. A loss this week, which IMO is very likely, will see us drop out of the 6 again. Signing an 18yo kid, albeit a promising one, he formerly coached in the NYL is hardly anything to crow about.
