I watched Spectre last night on Netflix. Definitely my favourite of the Daniel Craig Bong films and a lot more like the traditional films rather than the darker version we have had to suffer through in recent times.
Good entertainment and well worth a watch if you like the older films.

I do see that argument.
The MCU in my opinion is now quite episodic so long as the character building is continual and each story is interesting then I see no problem.
In all honesty there's not to many Series or Movies these days that aren't predictable.
A side from that the visuals in Dr Strange are next level, it takes the MCU to a whole new depth and it really opens it up to many possibilities. Which in actual fact has now got me thinking where will they go from here, Ironic I know.
oh yeah don't get me wrong im not bagging it. ill shit on individual movies for sure (Ant Man, the Thor ones, Iron Man 2 and 3).
But on the whole i actually think its pretty cool there is a lot of interplay in the characters/storylines etc. The last 2 Captain America ones have been really good movies and don't exist without the build up the others.
serious though Any Man was garbage.
did i mention i didnt like Ant Man?
I didnt like Ant Man.
Next Friday (the 25th), Event Cinemas at Kotara will be playing Aliens in all its glory.. Part of the "In The House - Flicks That Shaped The Generations" where they play old-school movies every few weeks.
I'm definitely keen to get to see this film on the big screen.. Would be insane!
I was going to watch the replay of the Jets game on the weekend so this will have to beat that for dumbness.
It's pretty amazing though. Holy shit.
