The Ministerial Code of Conduct states:

"relatives and partners are not to be appointed to positions in their ministerial or electorate offices and must not be employed in the offices of other members of the executive government without the Prime Minister’s express approval".

This is in fact, a rule that states that what he did, was not on. The fact it was his mistress, does not exempt him from wrong doing here.

Now allegations that he was banging Jannette Cotterell, are just the cherry on top. This guy is done and if Malcolm doesn't do anything about it, this government is done.
