They tell you everything is hunky dory. They tell you they have all your results. They pass you through everything. Then they say woops lost something ****ing important that affects your ability to start work in the industry you have been training for for the last half a decade. However instead of letting you know that they ****ing lost something they wait until you call them after a month of waiting for 7 numbers that are the difference between being able to do what you want to do or not. When you finally do call them this is how it goes:

So I email them with all the details of the single piece of ****ing paper that they have ****ing lost and not let me know about until I call them after a month of waiting and the last line of my email goes something like this:

Please let me know when you receive this email.

6 hours later. ****ing nothing.

So I call again.

"Yeah, we got that, thanks".

And you know what not a ****ing sorry the whole ****ing time. you stupid dimwitted piece of shit.
