Please tell us what tactical nous, Leadership and motivational skills Jones has shown this year???? We had a fit LB and he plays a DM at LB. Strikers who arnt suited to 1 up front but he persists with that system. Other players playing gobshite yet always get picked and other players getting 10 mins or less off the bench every few weeks to impress. Not to mention his usless subs where he subs just for the sake of subs or waits till the last few minutes when were losing to change anything. Any coach / manager would be out of their depth with that squad. Our two leading scorers were rejects from other clubs ffs.
We buy the players nobody else wants and we pay them a lot more than they are worth.
The problems at the Jets are a lot greater than Jones - in fact he wasn't on the sidelines last night and the club took their biggest loss of the season.

If the Jets had won last night you would have been praising Zane as being a better coach than Jones.
