Furns returns to hosting and after the opening question, the panel get into their overall impressions of the Jets first away loss of the season, before a quick post match interview with coach Mark Jones, thanks to Fox Sports. They then go into detail about the game, with discussions on the formation and tactics, some players performances and the talking points of the match.

As the Rd 6 game against @MelbourneCity falls earlier in the week on a Thursday, we decided to go back to our old format for this week and do the review and preview in one episode.

So after the Recovery Lounge segment thanks to the Fill The Hill podcast, the panel then talk regarding the squad and preferred starting XI, as well as chat about the possible formation and tactics. There is also a chat regarding sports psychology before an interview with Matty (@MattyBAus) from the @Talking City podcast to get the Melbourne City perspective for thursday’s game. The podcast ends with everybody’s predictions for the Jets vs City fixture as well as the other games in Round 6 of the @Aleague

The Jetstream Podcast – Stevie uG Presents The 50th Episode Grifftacular

Its our 50th episode!!! We have a ma-hoosive special edition for you where special guest Jets legend Joel Griffiths (@billygriff29) joins Furns (@newyboys), David (@JeterPool), Michael (@BodyNovo), Emma (@synapse101) and Waspy to talk about a wide range of subjects (mainly football related). We recorded this episode LIVE at Wests New Lambton.
After the opening question, we spend some time asking Joel some questions regarding his rehab from injury, future plans, experiences in China and how he sees the Jets compared to other clubs he has played at.
We then jump into reviewing the surprise win at home to Melbourne City. We review the overall performance before discussing tactics and formations, player performances, including our new signings.
We then talk about some off the park topics including the Squadrons trial move to the Southern Hill, Joel gives his thoughts on future ownership and we discuss transfers and how they are reported in the media.
We then preview the game on Friday 12th February against Brisbane Roar at Suncorp Stadium and give our tips and thoughts on the rest of the games in Round 19.

Welcome to the postmatch edition of our podcast – The Jetstream Extra.  In this Season 11 Round 18 edition, we have the audio of the post-match press conference with @ScottGMiller after the @NewcastleJetsFC were surprise winners at home against @MelbourneCity.
David (@JeterPool) interviews Melbourne City supporters Matt and then Ben and gets their thoughts regarding their teams performances during the game.
We then hear from Emma (@Synapse101) who interviews Jets supporters Oscar and Lachlan who were quite happy with the rare win at home.
