Furns and Matt return after a few weeks off (again) to go over the Jets performances. We began by giving an overview of the games vs Sydney, Brisbane and Phoenix along with a few talking points.

Then talk moved onto the home game against Melbourne Victory as the Men recovered from going down a goal and missing two penalty attempts in the first half to drawing level near the end of the second half. We discussed the starting lineups and performances, and a better second half than we’ve been used to this season.

We moved on to preview Men’s game against WSW, with a good performance and some sort of result a necessity to start moving back up the ladder.

Finally, we gave our predictions on the rest of the games in the round of the Men’s.

They then preview our next game at home in Newcastle against Melbourne City and finish off the episode by quickly giving their thoughts for the rest of Round 6.

The team jump onto Skype to chat over the starting XI, some poor performances from the players, where we lost the game, stats etc. The guys then cover off the Jets W-League game as well as the news of Ledman closing down their Shenzhen Ledman FC team in the Chinese 2nd Division due to the the tariff war between China and the US affecting the company’s stock market value and what this might mean for the Jets.
