We then discuss some more concrete news on the ownership situation as well as the current transfer shenanigans with only a week to go before the window shuts.
We then preview the game on Sunday 31st January against Adelaide United away at Coopers Stadium and give our tips and thoughts on the rest of the games in Round 17.

Welcome to the postmatch edition of our podcast – The Jetstream Extra. In this bumper Season 11 Round 16 edition, David (@JeterPool) first interviews Jets players Ben Kantarovski and Labinot Haliti before the game. This is then followed by the audio of the post-match press conference with @ScottGMiller after the @NewcastleJetsFC were demolished at home by Perth Glory. We then hear from Emma (@Synapse101) who interviews Perth supporter Declan during the halftime break, and after fulltime she interviews Jets supporters Mel and Dave to get their thoughts on what they just witnessed. We hear from Dave again to finish of this episode as he interviews two more Perth supporters James and Alex after the match. After the opening question, we are celebrating a long deserved victory at home to the Wellington Phoenix. We listen to and discuss the post match press conference with Scott Miller before discussing the change in coaching tactics and system, and then we go into the game, stats and player performances.
We go through some correspondence from some listeners who wanted us to discuss the ownership situation and players we want to keep if we had to choose. We also go through the current media reports regarding David Carney.
We then preview the game on Sunday 24th January against Perth Glory at Hunter Stadium and give our tips and thoughts on the rest of the games in Round 16.
